109 Garneau is the reimagining of a dated 1980’s commercial building with frontage onto 109 Street. A modern designed façade using high quality materials will refresh the block and enhance the buildings presence in the Garneau community. The building will offer 15,000 SF of leasable space with 31 heated underground stalls in addition to 10 surface stalls. Construction has commenced with a completion date set for Summer 2017.
