From revitalizing historic buildings to developing innovative mixed-use spaces, each project reflects our commitment to quality and sustainability. Although we no longer manage or own these properties, they continue to reflect our commitment to fostering the vibrant community of Edmonton. The Strathcona – 10302 82 Avenue
The 130-year-old Strathcona Hotel, is the oldest wood-frame commercial building on Whyte Avenue. When it first opened, was a frequent stopping point for those just arriving in the city at the train station across the street. The re-opened occurred in spring of 2021 with ‘The Strathcona’ now being home to many local businesses with the building being given a new lease on life in the heart of Old Strathcona
124 Westmount – 10957 124 Street
124 Westmount, offers prime mixed-use office and retail space in Edmonton’s vibrant shopping district of 124th street. Surrounded by top local restaurants, art galleries, boutiques, and premium services and located near desirable neighbourhoods like Glenora, Groat Estates, Westmount, and Oliver.
The Dominion Hotel – 10324 82 Avenue
Originally built in 1903, The Dominion Hotel was celebrated for contributing to an air of prosperity along Whyte Avenue. Our redevelopment positioned the building for retailers, restaurants and office users to take advantage of the shopping district, in a building rich in history with modern building conveniences.
The hotel is now home to thriving local businesses, and is still a staple for residents and visitors to Edmonton alike.
109 Garneau – 8404 109 Street
A reimagining of a dated 1980’s commercial building with frontage onto 109 Street, the 109 Garneau refreshes the block and enhances the buildings presence in the Garneau community. The building offers 15,000 SF of leasable space with 31 heated underground stalls in addition to 10 surface stalls.
@81 – 10145 81 Avenue
Located just off Whyte Avenue, @81 is surrounded by a unique blend of local and national businesses flourishing in the immediate area.
Leasing began in 2020, with the main floor consisting of retails units and three floors of high-end residential apartments.
Belmont Block – 10767 95 Street
Located in the heart of Little Italy, Belmont Block is a boutique three story apartment building with main floor retail space.
Surrounded by an array of shops, restaurants & cafes from a variety of ethnic specialties forms part of a business revitalization zone created by the City of Edmonton.
