Metals Building

The Metals Building is a three-storey ‘brick and beam’ heritage building located on 104 Street in the historic warehouse district in downtown Edmonton. Constructed in 1914, the building was once used as a warehouse for plumbing supplies. Minor renovations were completed in 2019 which consisted of upgrading the main lobby and stairwell and new exterior lighting.

The building is currently occupied by DOSC, a craft steakhouse, coffee shop and cocktail bar and Inflexion, a game development studio.

Current Tenants Include: DOSC Restaurant and Improbable.
