OEX 2 and Substation 200

OEX 2 provides an unparalleled opportunity to be part the
energy and excitement that exists at Oliver Exchange. This new development proposes the adaptive reuse of an old electrical substation and the construction of new 2-storey building designed to accommodate a range of retail, food and beverage and office tenants. An outdoor common area will provide seating and programmable space for people to meet, entertain and mingle.

Three buildings combined into one experience.
The architecture of the new commercial building will be designed to contrast the historical elements that characterize Oliver Exchange and Substation 200.

OEX 2 is directly east of the notable Oliver Exchange Building. The existing building was originally the West End Telephone Exchange, built in 1913. Oliver Exchange has become a community focal point consisting of a collection of local businesses.
