OEX 2 provides an unparalleled opportunity to be part the

The architecture of the new commercial building will be designed to contrast the historical elements that characterize Oliver Exchange and Substation 200.

OEX 2 is directly east of the notable Oliver Exchange Building. The existing building was originally the West End Telephone Exchange, built in 1913. Oliver Exchange has become a community focal point consisting of a collection of local businesses.
